He now has to stay in a small room, where he will not mark. Is he marking because of my sister's dog? Why is he snapping at his sisters? Is he just reaching manhood and I need to strangle him...like I want to with all men! lol Any advice?

No he would have reached that several years ago. Is he fixed?
