It's easier to find a bad breeder these days then a good one. I was in surgery with a 5 pound Pom that had one testicle not dropped and apparently with little guys it's hard to feel around and find it so sometimes with the neuter they have to do a big more of an exploratory surgery. Did you vet say if he could fell them or not?
