Don't feel lousy! Sometimes it's just genetics. Honestly, wet food vs. dry food doesn't really matter. Dry food cleans the teeth about as good as hard pretzels clean peoples teeth. In other words, not at all.

Petzlife is a gel (or a spray) that you rub along their gums/teeth with either your finger or gauze or something. Yes you can use it with whatever food you are feeding. I think it's recommended to do it before bedtime after they've eaten for the day. I do personally think Petzlife works. I've noticed a difference when I use it on Jackson. I will usually brush first with doggy toothpaste and then use the gel.

HealthyMouth really is great, too though. It's definitely pricier but it has been proven to work and is effective. It is VOHC approved and Jackson's veterinary dentist approved it also. Speaking of - I've been meaning to order more lol.
