I know you want a smaller one but be careful. I have a smaller one and she has been very sickly well over 2,500 in vet bills in the 6 months I've had her. Be sure you research the Breeder and check health guarantees. I paid 1500 for Cali who weighed 1 lb at 9 weeks and now weighs 4.4 lbs at almost 9 months.. She came from 5 lb parents so she was the runt of the litter. You may have better luck at determining the adult size if you get a puppy that a little older also. 12 weeks is a good age to get a puppy. Good luck
