I'm not sure about everywhere else, but here in Greenville they just had a food drive and if you donated food they waived the initial fee to join. It did end the 11th, but maybe if you go first thing Monday morning and ask about it and offer a few bags of food they may make an exception. It may have just been this area, but I think it was everywhere.
Of course, my luck, I joined 4 days before it started and they didn't tell that if I waited I could save some money......oh well.....I'm still glad I did it. |
