I would be *super* super careful who you buy from. ANY breeder who says "yeah, I can gurarantee 2.5 lbs is unethical and you should not expect a good outcome from that.
That said, I do have the info for 1 breeder in the NE who I will give you the info for. I think she will be both able to satisfy your size hopes, while also still being ethical and animal-loving. I will private message you.
