Did you try the whole wash in cold, dry in hot? I went through this with a particular pair of target doggie jammies at christmas. It was a lot of work- 5 times- but it fits now. That's the only advice I have, as I looked for two months for jammies like this. I turned inside out to minimize fading- which also worked. It's worth a shot.
