18 to 24 inches of snow falling at a rate of 3 to 4 inches an hour. They changed it from a snow storm to a blizzard, winds at 15 to 25 with gusts of 40 mph. First blizzard for me.
I'm a NYC gal, some time in the late 90's we were hit with 30 inches of snow, I was a tenant then didn't have to remove snow, only had to wait for the home owners to clear the sides walks, I had 3 babies I had to walk lo.
