She covers the camera when she's there...??? Did she ask if that was okay first, did she okay that with you...? If not, um, weird right there. I'd pretty upset paying someone that much and not having them there. I suppose it should've been more clear as to exactly how many hours you expected her to be there at that rate.
You could do a kennel...but also think about doing Rover.com and finding someone close to you. I'm a Rover sitter, and their sitters are really great.
As for talking to her...remember...your dogs are in *her* care right now, so be careful. I'd say something like "I'm worried I put too much on you right now...that the timing is wrong and I caught you during a busy time. I'm afraid my dogs need more time with someone - so I wanted to let you know I found a (kennel, Rover sitter, neighbor, whatevs...). But thanks for what you've done so far." .....(and thanks for NOTHING, now get OUT of my HOUSE
..!!!).
