I am proud of you its not easy and look your doing it ...Way to go girlfriend I to have alot of weight to loose and take drugs that make it feel impossible also have restrictive breathing geez ...but I guess thinking you can is half the battle so I am working on the thoughts ..to choose a healthy life one day at a time ..
