I believe Donna has no power in her home right now. She was one of the over 800,000 people who lost power during one of the worst wind storms this area has ever seen yesterday. There were gusts over 70 MPH and it may have been even higher but ironically the places that measure the wind speed lost power because the wind knocked it out.
