What kind of food is she eating? I find that after feeding kibble, my two are thirsty within the next 30 minutes. At 1.5 lbs, the little amount of water she does drink may be sufficient. They're so tiny, they won't be finishing a whole bowl of water throughout a day.

I think if her poop is good (kind of like play-dough and doesn't stick to the ground), she's probably drinking enough water. If she was dehydrated her poop would look more shriveled and dried up. Also, if she's dehydrated, her gums will dry and tacky rather than moist and shiny (like ours).

If you feel she's not drinking at all, maybe try different bowls as Monroe-Rylee suggested. And make sure to clean the bowl and change the water on a daily basis. And give her filtered water. It helps with preventing tear stains.
