We'd like to hear from you as to what you're doing and what changes you've made. Perhaps it'll help someone else to hear it from someone other than us.

Good luck in making your good changes in the Lifestyle Changes.
I've started drinking at least 32oz of water every couple hours or so and I've added fruits and veggies to all of my meals. Another thing I've done is I've started eating cottage cheese again. I loved the stuff as a kid and it's a great low cal snack. Also, we've tried to cut down on the red meat we eat so we've started making a lot of fish and chicken. We make lowfat soft shelled tacos with ground turking as opposed to beef and non-fat sour cream. It's a great setup because it's really tasty and it feels like your cheating even though you're not. It gives a little giggle in the mind.
