Bathing more often might be beneficial. Bathing and combing helps the skin, sloughing off dead skin cells and stimulating circulation. Removes all of the dust and debris dogs pick up.
Use a good, gentle shampoo and conditioner. Rinse out shampoo really well. Finding the right products can be a challenge, but can be very beneficial.
