It's great news that she looked and felt so much better. Poor baby. Pancreatitis is very painful so I am sure she was miserable before. Slow and steady wins the race with this one - it can take a while to completely recover from acute pancreatitis and relapse is common in the first few weeks, so follow vet instructions carefully and feed exactly and only what you're told to feed her. Especially in a dog that has already had pancreatitis, the smallest dietary mishap can throw them off again.
In the meantime, do your home work now and research Cushing's Disease. Since you already have the ultrasound showing enlarged adrenal glands, its a very good chance the tests will come back positive but you need some blood tests to confirm it. If you search this group you'll find a lot of information on managing the disease, as I know there are others here that have dealt with it.
