We use the Buddy Belt harness and their dog tags hang off the harness. Because they have long hair, I take their harnesses off at home. I should also note that we live in a condo, so I feel like we don't have a risk of them running out the front door without their tags. Scottie is 5.5 lbs and Casie is 4 lbs.
