I'm so sorry you've lost your baby, Gizmo. There's nothing so gut wrenching and painful as losing our best friend in the world, our little buddy and forever soulmate, who always give us their whole lives of delight for as long as they can manage. It hurts so bad! I wish it weren't the case, but right now, nothing we can say will change this or maybe even help at all but know you aren't alone. Anytime you need to mourn, express your grief or chat about him, share a word or story, we're always here. Try to get some rest when you can.
