This is so frustrating I don't know what to do. Please, I'll be happy to receive any and all suggestions. Both of my precious girls are scratching day and night. I've checked and can't find anything there but they are both loosing their beards. The hair is breaking off. I've used coconut oil, Vetericyn Plus (otc), and the vet had prescribed EnteDerm. Nothing is working. I normally wash their faces and brush their teeth every day. I thought maybe it might be drying out their skin but it looks perfectly normal. What is so weird is that they both do it. They eat grain free and I add Apple Cidar Vinegar to their drinking water. I've recently purchased Omega-3 supplement with wild anchovy and sardine oil.
