White on the chest is common, it will usually fade away or be absorbed into the gold/tan. My guy hade a little white star that completely faded away. It's actually said to indicate the dog will have a lot of thick hair, which was true in my case.

They look to be more on their way to be silky but it's ultimately a waiting game, I thought my puppy might have been a cotton coat but his coat just changed and now it parts down the center and flows in the wind.

They look like yorkie pups to me though, very Cute! Unfortunately a lot of yorkie mixes look a lot like yorkies too. Has your breeder given you any reason to doubt thathat the pups are purebred? Are there other small breeds in the home?

Puppies cannot be fat. If they have a large round belly it very well can be round worms.
