For some dogs, Apoquel can def cause nauseousness, so there may be some of that going on. You could try a few things: feed bits of carb (bread, cracker etc...) to settle tummy/absorb juices, try anti-nausea med from vet, or wait it out awhile till gets used to med.

For poo-eating, feed a grain free food and try Solid Gold's SEP (Stop Eating Poop)...worked immediately for us when Wylie was a pup.
