I hope everyone is able to make the changes to eating lots of fruits and vegetables, and not having any difficulty in cutting down portion sizes.
AND, I hope everyone has found some form of exercise to do and is still drinking lots of water every day.
We'd like to hear from you as to what you're doing and what changes you've made. Perhaps it'll help someone else to hear it from someone other than us.
