Welcome to YT. Yes, it is called a dew claw. When it's grooming time just tell the groomer about the dew claw, my boy has one also, plus a yorkie now passed had one. Make sure that nail is always cut when you get your pup groomed, sometimes a groomer will forget about the dew claw, as long as the nail is cut every time your baby is groomed it should cause no problems.
