Default Chances for another tiny in the next litter

Our female had 5. puppies first litter. 2 were very tiny. The male passed at 9 days old. The little female was 8.2 ounces at 6 weeks and at 12 weeks she was 8.8 ounces. She even fit inside a coffee cup. Then she had a tragic death. My question is. If we breed our female with the same male we did the first time what are the chances that she would have another or 2 little tiny ones again? Are they from bloodlines and genes or just by chance that have the tiny babies?
