HI, when you post a thread and want to insert a pic after you type in your post scroll down and you will see manage attachment, click on this tab. once there, a toolbar will appear (search your computer where your pics are located) pull up the jpg. bmp, once it is loaded in the search window click the tab upload and your file name should be shown. If it says it is to large, then you must go into you photo program and open that photo and you want to resize it, then come back and retry! good luck
