Default loose tooth

Hi everyone - I write to you as the chief assistant to his highness, CoCo, who is about to celebrate his 10th year of reign. He's lost his front teeth over the last 2 years or so and due to a jumping accident, his incisor (i think that's what it's called - the long one on the front/side) is loose. Very loose. When I touch it it wiggles freely and he does not seem to be in pain. I'm wondering if I can just pull it at home. safely. I cannot take him to the vet other than the annual shots. Last time he was at the vet (toenail related), he started to foam around the mouth and started to seize, so giving him any kind of anaesthesia or putting him under is out of question. I would appreciate your thoughts on this - other than that I should really take him to the vet. Thanks all and have a great day.
