I ordered it from Amazon.com but I'm sure your local book store could order it for you and not charge shipping and handling.
When ordering from Amazon, if you order $25-30 in books (not sure which cost), you can opt for the free shipping and that's what I do. I've even received them as quickly as 3 days - and other times longer but normally I'm not in any hurry.
It is a very small booklet of only 42 pages for $7.95 but we got enough information from this to help us with our problem of the 2 dogs play fighting, knowing what to look for, whether to stop and what to do. It was well worth the money!*!
