The wife insisted on trying the "water spray" approach again. She sat in the back seat and when I put the car in gear and Charlie started yelling - she said STOP and sprayed him. Well, to make a long story short - when the wife finally gave up - Charlie looked like he just came out of the tub! Thank goodness I thought about bringing a towel with us. 
Our vet gave us some "medication" to try but I just don't feel comfortable "drugging" Charlie so it still sits in the refrig. We are getting ready for that long trip to Florida - this should be an exciting trip!

I think it's because Charlie wants to walk to Florida instead of driving
Poor thing drenched from the water spray! I can only imagine it.. haha..
