 Anxiety Med?
Does Gizmo need some kind of anti anxiety med from the vet? You can try children's Benadryl but he sounds like he may need something more potent. It may be worth a try.
Our vet suggested the Benadryl a couple of years ago; it was for separation anxiety and worked so-so. We were lucky, our Yorkies don't do the high pitched barking every time we leave anymore; they seem to have outgrown it. Good luck with Gizmo.
