Also Twice a day. Cut the total amount of food to be given in half, feed 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 at night. For my 5 yo 12 pound boy he gets 1/3 cup at 6:30am and 1/3 cup at 4:30PM. Treat at 8PM AFTER he has gone through ALL his commands and tricks.
