I see that your baby is waking you up in the middle of the night to potty, I use to take my dogs out for last pee of the night, that was at 10PM then it was bed time for us. They were good until their 7:30AM walk. Try picking up his water at a certain time at night, then take him out to pee just before you go to bed.
