I don't really have much to say hopefully someone else will. I do find it odd that she said her 13 week old pup just got his last set of shots when that shouldn't be the case. You should get first shots at 8 weeks second shots around 12 weeks and third shots around 16 weeks and then rabies a bit later. Any shots given before 8 weeks are useless.
