Wiping the feet will only help relieve *symptoms* (not the cause) a tiny bit. Remember, allergens are microscopic - so it's not possible to just wipe them all away. Plus, you don't even know for sure whether or not the allergens she's allergic to are even on her paws, ya know...? It could be an inhalant allergy (breathed into the lungs), and wiping the paws does nothing for that either.

You need to treat the cause.
