The problem is I don't know which one is having potty issues.

Duchess has always been great about peeing on her potty pads. The only time when she doesn't pee on her pads is if I don't replace them quick enough for her. She hates peeing on a dirty potty pad

I got a new kitten about 2 months ago and she definitely uses her litter box. But now I am seeing pee stains periodically at least once a week in different areas and I'm not sure who is doing it....Chloe or Duchess. Both of them normally use the potty where they are supposed to but every now and then, one of them will pee where they shouldn't. Not sure how to narrow it down. This didn't happen when it was just Duchess so I'm not sure if it is Duchess reacting to having a little sister or if it is Chloe. I've had cats my whole life and once they start using the litterbox they very rarily potty someone else unless they are ill or don't like the location of the litterbox.
Any suggestion would be great
