How old is Scooter? Is he a puppy? Because my two puppies stunk all the time when they were 1 year and younger. But both of them grew out of it.
Maybe it's his diet?
How often is regular bathing? I try to do a full bathing every 3 weeks, when it's more than that they start to stink. Though, I wash their feet and bum daily after they go out for walks.
Does he take daily walks? If so, is he sniffing around? Because my Scottie sniffs and marks everything during his walks outside. When we get home, I have to wash his face and 'stash because he basically is wiping all the other dogs' urine all over his face when he's sniffing.
