Okay, well that's good you're patient with your dogs, in which case, you have nothing to worry about. This technically will pass. Keep them separated while they're recovering. Being angry won't really help just do what you can to prevent running around and jumping.

And yes, I'd believe that the change in behaviour is likely due to the change in hormone levels with both the neuter/spay surgery.
