Cali did not like the stroller at first. So, I put it next to a chair and sofa she would jump up on, then would put treats in it for her to find. In no time she was begging for the stroller because it meant treats and praise. Noe she also keeps her favorite toys in it.
I did start by walking her bad pushing the stroller on the other side.
