That is good to know. I am going to call tomorrow my insurance company and see if the certificate is enough documentation. I just heard back from the rescue and Bella will be seen by the vet on Saturday but medical records will not be as detailed as a private vet. Not exactly sure what that means but they said it should be sufficient for the insurance.

Worse case I will just take her to any vet get a wellness exam. Some in my neighborhood offer free first time visits and then take her to my own vet after all the waiting periods.
