I work Monday-Friday. I leave my girls in an x-pen 3-4 days a week for about 7 hours. I try to go home at lunch as much as possible. I felt guilty leaving them everyday (especially because they have to be in the pen) so I started bringing them to doggie daycare 1-2 days a week which gets them pretty pooped.
I still feel guilty leaving them when I go to work, but with walks and lots of playtime when I'm home, they're doing just fine.
