You will need to start potty training all over. Keep him confined to one area when you can't be there to monitor him constantly, somewhere like the kitchen, bathroom or laundry room OR an X-pen if you have one. As far as furniture you can use Natures Miracle on fabric & maybe bitter apple on hard surfaces ? IDK if it detours from peeing or not but they don't like the taste of it so maybe the smell would detour him from the area as well. It may take some time for those hormones to settle down after his neuter IDK as I've never heard of one starting to mark AFTER a neuter that wasn't already marking BEFORE the neuter. Also I would have a vet visit just to be sure he doesn't have a UTI.
