I hope someone can help!

I need a fence for my adorable Yorkie granddog. This will just be for peeing and pooping. She will get exercise and playtime outside of this.

It would be more for early morning/middle of night, (supervised of course) and sometimes during the day...when she can't be walked.

I don't want the invisible fencing.

my questions:

1. how big should it be?
2. what should it be made of?
3. how tall should it be?
4. does the surface have to be grass or can it be gravel or something else?
