I'm right there with you. The same weekend we had here. Jaya started throwing up after Apoquel. No food or water for a whole day. Emerg. Vet visit, shot, fluids, etc. I'm able to give her NutriCal on my finger, I don't know if you've tried it. It can work wonders to spark an appetite. She's coming around and I hope Frodo will too.
