 Separation anxiety
Tucker is 1 1/2 years old and we have had him since he was 12 weeks. He is very clingy. He has to be on my or my husband's lap, snuggled up against one of us or very, very close by. If we pick up our shoes to put them on, he immediately starts to shake and then runs and hides under the bed or in the corner. When we come home he runs, barking and jumping like crazy. We just don't know what to do as far as helping him deal with his separation anxiety. I don't want to medicate him. Help? Advice? |
