I agree totally.

BUT - let's remember that all dogs are like this....not just our little Yorkies.

I have a Bichon and my Yorkie - and had a PoodlePom that recently had to be put to sleep. Every one of these little guys has been a "best friend" and a great comfort to me over the years.
