There is a learning curve.. knowing what and how but once you get over it you will love it.
I make a lot of beans, pot roasts, pulled chicken and love that I can toss a frozen block of ground beef or turkey in and it is cooked in about 25 mins. The texture is not boiled (you put the meat on a trivet) by browned from the heat of the steam.
