So sorry you're having to consider all of this at once - it's a lot to think about it.
If it were me and I needed to have the ESP corrected, I would do it when the chance was there since it can cause so many different issues in all the the surrounding textures. Just *make sure* you really, truly understand what recovery is going to be like with both surgeries AND most importantly, have a pain plan for if/when her post-surg pain isn't being managed properly.
