Hi everyone,
It's now almost a month since, Mr. Pooch came into my life and he has brought me great happiness. Still working on the 4:00am sleep issue with him, this morning promptly at that hour he's at the side of my bed scratching it/stretching/shaking for me to get up. Secondly, he doesn't give kisses-all dogs want to kiss you but not Mr. Pooch: Will he start to? Also, when I feed him, he likes to take the food into the living room drop it on the floor and then eat? Is this strange or normal behavior? Finally, he is afraid of other dogs (when walking in the neighbor and another dog is near he start shaking really bad). Will he come around? The squirrels in the backyard have no fear of him, he just looks at them, yesterday a few tiny gold finches landed on the feeder and scared him. Will he become socialized to other dogs and animals? He has yet, to make a sound, no whining or barking.
