Awww Barney sounds so adorable, I LOVE watching babies play and enjoying LIFE. Have you tried to moisten his kibble just a little bit? My boy will only eat crunchy kibble, he's 5 yo. All dogs will pick out the meat and leave the rest lol. Try SHREDDING all the meats and mix it well with the food, shredded meat is harder to "pick" out lol.
