Isn't PETA the organization that "rescues" dogs from people and then kills them? I have not seen the video but I have seen videos of horrific abuse, i.e., the dog festival in China and other things that I wish I could forget. I am in no way saying what happened is OK, but on the "abuse" scale, this will not make me lose sleep as other cases have. This whole thing seems to me to be motivated by something other than genuine concern for the welfare of the animals. If the person who shot the video was really concerned about the animal why did they wait 15 months to release it? I can tell you why. It is worth more money now. I am glad the video came out. Hopefully someone will be held accountable and any future abuse, small or large, will be stopped before it happens. But if this is the worst thing that happened in what was probably hundreds of hours of filming with animals, I will still go see this movie. JMO.
