gawd how terrible for you. Make sure area vet offices, local pounds have his pic and know that he is missing. Pertinent facts like date lost and from where etc.
Not sure if you are in city or country but when I lost my cat I plastered notices on telephone poles. I circled outward from our home. I continually walked neighbourhood . I just know that sick feeling in your gut.
