I had a pack of 3 female yorkies, (all now passed) all 3 years apart. Got each one at 8 weeks old, each baby I got was confined to a 3x5 area with food, water, bed at one end, pad at the other end. I had had a full time job also. ALL my puppies were 100% pad trained at 5 months old with NO accidents. There were then given free roam of the house. At 5 months they had all their shots so outdoor training began. My dogs were on a food and walk schedule , they were fed at 7AM, walked at 7:30AM,even if they already used the pad they were walked ANYWAY. Evening they were walked as soon as I came home 4:30 PM, ate at 5PM walked again at 5:30PM, then last pee-pee was just curb side at 10PM. by 7 months old my pups were 100% house broken with NO accidents and the pad was removed. scheduled feedings and outside potty time is a MUST. Dogs are creatures of habit, they have little built in alarm clocks that let them know when it's time to eat and potty. Consistency is the KEY word. Feed, potty time , same time every morning and night. THIS is what worked for me and I am on yorkie # 5. Your baby is now 10 months old, has started bad habits. When you go to work she must be confined in a small area with her food, water and pad, away from the other dogs, let her cry. When it's potty time put harness and leash on her and WALK her in your yard, NO playing with the other dogs, she needs to LEARN at a certain time outside is for POTTY NOT PLAYING. She is just a baby, so when she is let outside with the other dogs, sure, all she wants to do is play. It is up to US their caregivers to TEACH THEM what we expect from them. Each dog like humans are different, but, dogs MUST be on a food and potty schedule. And YOU must be consistent with this. Feed, start off with 30 minutes after she eats then take her out, even if she made some where else, take her out anyway. She may have to make sooner or later then 30 minutes, this you will see. If she makes 15 minutes after she eats, then you know take her out at that time, but, harness and leash her, walk her around the yard.
Good luck.
